Life is nature which is consisted of body and mind in a balanced manner. The physical nature of the body can be developed and nourished by external factors, such as food, clothing, housing, medicines and other comfort facilities. With daily activities. It is eating and drinking water to heal and strengthen physical strength. Bathing to refresh the body. Exercise in various ways for body strength and sleep to rest, physical regeneration. Including in a comfortable environment, no pollution, etc.

While nature of mind does not need the external factors that the body needs. But spiritual life requires intelligence to understand life and the world in reality, by being nourished and based on internal factors. It is peace with happiness.

Nature of mind, is natural to know, feel and remember. Mental thought, then ordered body speak. I think I'm going to do it. Because of this, there is a saying that " Mind is Master, Body as a Servant ". Natural mental mechanism is a mechanism of recognize and respond to object of mind which is related through the channels are eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind.

Mind in meditation is qualified. It has the strength, energy, calmness, refreshment, and ready to serve in other areas, especially as the basis of intellectual development.
