 Wat Saket or the Temple of the Golden Mount, Bangkok, is an ancient temple dating back to the Ayutthaya Period. Previously called Wat Sakae, the name was changed to Wat Saket during the reign of King Rama I. The Golden Mount, built under the rule of King Rama V, is 77 meters tall and at the top reside many of Buddhist relics found at Kapilavastu ancient city.        Some other interesting things in this  temple are the many Buddha images, the temple hall, the pagoda, the scripture hall, and the Sri Maha Bodhi tree. This is another place you should not miss when you visit Bangkok

WAT YAN NAWA is located in Bangkok, the Sathon district on Charoen Krung Road, Yan Nawa sub-district. It has a unique boat-shaped chedi and viharn constructed in the reign of King Rama III. Wat Yannawa is considered a 3rd class Royal Temple. The interesting architectural construction includesa chedi in the form of the Chinese junk replaced WatKhokKrabue’s old ubosot following King Rama III’s order. This boat-shaped chedi is the only life-size Chinese viharn in Thailand.

Golden Teak Museum Devarajkunchorn Varawiharn Temple The first museum to gather 18 wax Patriarchs for visitors to see the history. Phaya Thai Palace or Wang Phaya Thai used to be a piece of 100-Rai paddy field which King Rama V bought to experiment growing crops and to be his recreational residence. It was the residence of Queen Saovabha Phongsri, the queen of King Rama V, until her death. It used to operate as a hotel and a radio broadcast station during King Rama VII reign. It later became a clinic for the Royal Thai Army after the Revolution in 1932. Phaya Thai Palace is located inside Phramongkutklao Hospital, on Rajavithee Road, in the Ratchathewi district of Bangkok. Travelling to the palace is very easy and affordable. Take BTS and get off at Victory Monument station. After a near walk along Rajavithee Road, you will reach the hospital. The palace opens on Tuesday, Thursday at 13.00 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday with lecturer leading a tour at 9.30 a.m. and 13.30 p.m. For weekdays, visitors need to send a letter to the official in order to have their entrance permitted. Museum Siam is a discovery museum that is located at Sanamchai road in Bangkok, Thailand. The museum was established in 2007 in the former building of the Ministry of Commerce. It was created to teach the national identity and history of the people of Thailand, and their relationships with neighboring cultures. The motto of the museum is “Play + Learn = เพลิน” (which means 'joyously' in Thai); through a series of interactive exhibits, the museum shows the development of Thailand from the past to present. The museum also has temporary exhibits and learning activities.

Kwan Riam Floating Market (Thai : ตลาดน้ำขวัญเรียม ) is one of the central floating markets of Bangkok, Thailand. It located between Soi Saereethai 60 and Soi Ramkhamhaeng 187 in Min Buri District, eastern Bangkok. The name of the market "Kwan-Riam" comes from the name of characters in Thai romance-drama novel named Plae Kao. Kwan and Riam love each other but were obstructed by their parent. Kwan-Riam floating market is one of the newest floating markets in Bangkok. It opened in May 2012.There is a wide range of traditional food available, such as classic Boat noodles, Thai desserts and Isan food. Market women cook food in the little boats. There is also a water buffalo and rice farmer. People often photograph and ride the water buffalo. The market has good views of the San Saeb canal.

Wat That Thong was built in 1938 and began to have monk and novice in the first time in 1939. Later on, February 19, 2007, Galyani Vadhana, Princess of Naradhiwas received the temple in patronage and the new symbol was given to the temple on October 11, 2007. His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej was graciously pleased to raise the temple to be a royal monastery of the third class on May 29, 2012 until today.

Wat Dan Rama 3 is located on the bank of the Chao Phraya River. Bang Phongphang Subdistrict, Yannawa District, Bangkok, on an area of 11 rai, in front of the temple, next to Rama 3 Road, behind the temple next to the Chao Phraya River. It is not clear which year it was built. But from the evidence of the National Buddhism Office, Wat Dan Rama 3 was first honored in 1797, in the late Ayutthaya period.

Located on Charoen Krung Road, Yannawa Subdistrict, Sathon District, Bangkok. With an area of 9,252 square meter, was granted the honor in 2424 B.E. in the reign of King Chulalongkorn and assumed that built in the Thonburi period. From the inscription on the stone plate attached to the old chapel, stating that., This temple was originally an abandoned temple. In the year B.E. 2424, Thanpuying Suthi wife of Chaophraya Songkla, the 6th governor of Songkhla, requested the royal permission from King Rama V for newly built the temple. After receiving the royal permission and graciously pleased bestowed the name of this temple "Sutthiwararam Temple" in the name of Thanpuying Suthi.

The temple was presumable built in 1779 by King Taksin The Great, in dedication for His Major Consort Chao Arm who was sentenced to death from his misunderstanding. A big Prang (Stupa) was built to contain her relics. Other construction works were not completed in his time due to his engagement in public administration duty. Later, Field Marshal Praphas Charusathian and his wife renovated the temple and brought Buddha Relics from Chiang Mai to be enshrined on top of Prang, a Bodhi Tree (Pipal) and Sahla Tree (Shorea Rebusta) also were brought from Bhuddhakaya of India to plant in the temple. The principal Buddha Image is made of bronze in Subduing Mara (Demon) posture of U-Thong period style.

It hosts celebrations of a number of year-round events, including Chinese New Year, and the annual Chinese vegetarian festival.

King Rama V once paid homage to this temple and admired its magnificent Buddha image. Another important Buddha image of the temple is Phra Sukhothai Traimit, housed in the image hall. It is the largest gold Buddha image in the attitude of subduing Mara and is recorded in the Guinness World Record. This gold Buddha image is 3.01 meters wide and 3.91 meters tall. It is also believed to be constructed during Sukhothai period.

Wat Phra Si Mahathat Wora Maha Viharn (Thai: วัดพระศรีมหาธาตุวรมหาวิหาร) is a Buddhist temple in the Bang Khen District of Bangkok. Construction began in 20 March 1941 in commemoration of the government victory over the Boworadet rebellion in 1933. Wat Phra Si Mahathat was designated a first-class royal monastery in 1942, making it one of the most significant temples in Thailand.

The King Prajadhipok Museum was formerly under the care of the Secretariat of the House of Representatives and was house in the basement of the King Prajadhipok Monument, in front of the Secretarial Building The museum enjoyed the blessing and patronage of Her Majesty Queen Rambhai Barni of the seven Reign, who in 1980 kindly donated personal articles belonging to His Majesty King
Prajadhipok for public exhibition.

Rattanakosin Exhibition Hall “Experience the best of Rattanakosin in a day” The renovation of the building and its interior decoration work began in 2008. On 9 March 2010, the exhibition was officially launched. It invites the public to learn, appreciate and take pride in Thailand's artistic and cultural legacies of the Rattanakosin Era. Besides the nine exhibition halls, the building also has a 300-square-meter Event Hall on the ground floor for artistic and cultural events organized by educational institutions and private agencies. The building also has a library, a souvenir shop and a coffee shop.
